More Than Wins: We're Looking for Coaches Who Want to Make a Difference

Every athlete remembers a coach who changed their life.

Sometimes it wasn't the coach who won the most championships. It was the one who believed in them before they believed in themselves. The one who taught accountability, confidence, resilience, and how to respond when things didn't go as planned.

At Nebraska Power Volleyball Club, that's the kind of coaching we're building.

As we prepare for our 2027 season, we're looking for coaches who want to develop people—not just volleyball players.

Coaching Is About More Than the Game

Volleyball teaches far more than serving, passing, and hitting.

It teaches athletes how to communicate under pressure. How to trust teammates. How to overcome adversity. How to lead. How to lose with humility and win with character.

The best coaches understand that every practice is an opportunity to shape confidence, work ethic, and integrity.

Those lessons last much longer than any tournament medal.

What We're Building

Nebraska Power Volleyball Club was created with a simple vision:

To provide a competitive environment where athletes can grow both on and off the court while making high-level volleyball accessible to more families.

We're committed to developing athletes through positive coaching, intentional skill development, accountability, and genuine relationships.

Our coaches work together—not in isolation—to create a club culture where athletes are challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential.

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to be a former Division I player.

You don't have to have decades of coaching experience.

We're looking for people who:

  • Love teaching the game.

  • Value character as much as competition.

  • Communicate positively with athletes and parents.

  • Continue learning and growing as coaches.

  • Believe every player deserves to be seen, challenged, and encouraged.

  • Want to be part of building something special in the Omaha volleyball community.

Whether you're an experienced coach or someone ready to begin your coaching journey with mentorship and support, we'd love to talk with you.

Why Coach with Nebraska Power?

Our goal is to create an environment where coaches enjoy coaching.

That means collaboration instead of competition, support instead of isolation, and leadership that values your ideas and your growth.

We believe great clubs invest in their coaches just as much as they invest in their athletes.

When coaches improve, players improve.

When players improve, families notice.

And when the culture is healthy, everyone wins.

Help Us Build the Future

The 2027 season is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Nebraska Power Volleyball Club.

If you're passionate about volleyball and want to make a lasting impact on young athletes, we'd love to hear from you.

Together, we can build confident athletes, stronger teams, and a club that our community is proud to call home.
